We use Integromat to build various automation and it's also great for connecting multiple tools together to send data, for example at our company we use Integromat to send new orders notifications from Shopify to slack and also add the customers shipping information to a google sheet for the fulfillment team, and the best feature about Integromat that their competitors lack is the option to connect the rare unavailable apps via their API and it also allows us to get data from anywhere on the internet via GET requests.
  • The ability to integrate with any API
  • The drag and the drop builder makes the process of automating tasks easier
  • Rich library of the most used apps
  • Integromat requires a long minimum interval on some apps
Integromat is the best tool for business automation in my opinion because unlike Zapier it allows us to integrate with any API even if the app is not available which allows us to create automation even with the less known apps that we use or the ones that we built internally for our own company.

  • Integromat allows us to save a lot of time by automating some repetitive tasks
Integromat allows us to do everything we used to do on Zapier but it doesn't limit us to only the popular apps, with Integromat we're integrating custom APIs and we get data from different servers through GET requests and it's exactly what we needed and Zapier couldn't provide it.

Integromat has been used in our organization to start an automation process starting on the sales and marketing departments and closely followed by operations and human resources. Sales and marketing are automating all the initial contact with the clients, from the first contact until the client is up and running by themselves. Operations are automating the tickets and follow-up to pending reports that clients are submitting. Human resources benefits from Integromat because they are integrating the information stream of some of their departments using Integromat.
  • Connection to Facebook leads is awesome
  • Connection to any of the Google apps
  • Adding more services that can be operated
  • Adding support for sending messages to WhatsApp
Integromat is a pretty interesting service if you would like to:
-Automate boring tasks like sending a welcome message to people
-Automate repetitive tasks that do not generate value to the person doing them.
-Automate your Facebook leads follow up and DB creation of leads
-Creating complex interactions between applications in order to automate a completely internal process from the company

  • Integromat has saved us hundreds of hours in repetitive tasks
  • Streamlined our follow-up to the leads that we are generating
Integromat has a different pricing schema than Zapier. Almost all the zaps that you create on Integramat can be done in Zapier. The only difference is that Integromat is more accessible in terms of money. In my opinion, Zapier is for bigger companies since the prices they charge are a lot higher.
The pricing schema is very attractive, almost 50% lower than the competition. You could start from free and then grow. It has a pretty big library of connections to other apps and services, which really helps you when everything is a mess. Integromat has a really easy-to-use interface. You could do almost everything with fewer than 5 clicks. Scenarios (automation steps to complete a routine) have graphics so you can configure them more easily.
